Event
The round table aims to open a discussion on the value of training in a sector characterized by project-based work, speed, and continuous transformation, where skills must be developed and recognized through qualified and accredited training pathways.
The discussion explores the role of training from different perspectives.
For individuals, training means building professional identity, employability, and awareness of their work, in a context where the contribution of women is becoming increasingly prominent and where equity is emerging as a key driver of growth and innovation.
Accredited training providers design programs capable of generating solid, long-lasting, and transferable skills, facilitating access to talent and equal opportunities.
The trade fair and events sector is a constantly evolving ecosystem, driven by qualified professionals, capable of growing and innovating by enhancing people’s skills and promoting inclusion.
Institutions are called upon to support this process through training policies that are attentive to the needs of the territory and to the values of equity and integration.
