How Can I Invite My Clients?
After logging in to your Exhibitor Reserved Area using the credentials received via email, select “Digital Ticket” → “Invite” from the menu on the left (see Box 1 in the image).
Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite (see Box 2):
Can I send multiple invitations at once?
Yes, you can send multiple invitations at the same time. You can upload email addresses individually or by importing an Excel file.
Once uploaded, the system will validate the email addresses and let you correct any errors (see box in image):
How can I review the entered addresses?
Once email addresses are confirmed, you’ll see a summary screen where you can:
- Click the arrow icon (see 1 in the image) to review the list of recipients;
- Click the folder icon (see 2) to copy the list to your clipboard;
- Monitor how many invitations you’ve sent and how many you still have available (see 3):
How do I send the invitations?
Click on “Send” to deliver the invitations.
Then select “Monitor” from the left menu to track the status of your invites. Notifications are usually delivered within a few minutes.
Click the tabs “Sending, Delivered, Failed”, etc. to view the status for each email address:
How do I handle failed invitations?
Invitations that fail to send (due to invalid addresses or server errors) will be returned to your available quota.
You can resend the invitation to the same person. The recipient will receive just one email notification and will find all the tickets in their reserved area, each labelled “Ticket offered by [your company name]”.
What will the recipient receive?
The recipient will receive an email like this, customised with your company name:
Where will the recipient find their ticket?
By clicking “Register”, your guest will be taken to the MIR registration page. Once registered, they’ll access their reserved area and find their ticket.
If they’ve already registered previously, a “Quick Access” button will appear.
What should the recipient do?
In their reserved area, the guest can:
- Click “Use” and then “Print” to generate and download the ticket;
- Click “Forward” to share the ticket with someone else.
Note:
In the reserved area, the visitor may have received tickets from other companies as well.
If you want them to use your ticket, make sure to highlight this — it will be labelled “Ticket offered by [your company name]”.
How many tickets can be sent to the same address?
Each person can use a maximum of 3 tickets. From the fourth ticket onwards, the system only allows forwarding the ticket to someone else by entering their email address.
This means you can send multiple tickets to one recipient (who will receive just one notification), and for example, an agent could print their own and forward the remaining ones to others.
What if the visitor doesn’t receive the invitation?
If the visitor doesn’t receive the initial email from websupport@iegexpo.it (it may go to spam), but the invitation is shown as delivered, they can still access it by registering at this link using the email address the invitation was sent to.
