Carmelina Fierro

Carmelina Angela Fierro is an occupational psychologist registered with the Order of the Emilia-Romagna Region, with a strong specialisation in organisational and personnel management fields. With a dual academic background in Sociology and Clinical Psychology, she has built a long career as a freelance professional and consultant for both public and private organisations. Since 2010 she has held the role of Equality Councillor by ministerial appointment, distinguishing herself through her commitment to gender policies and the fight against discrimination. She has gained decade-long experience in social project design and in the management of residential communities for minors. She is currently Treasurer Councillor of the Order of Psychologists of Emilia-Romagna and a member of several national technical committees, including the Equal Opportunities Committee of the CNOP. An expert in work-related stress assessment and quality management systems, she is actively engaged in mentoring, training and organisational well-being.
