Chiara Mussoni

Chiara Mussoni is Director of Observice, a training organisation accredited by the Emilia-Romagna Region, where she coordinates training activities, work inclusion projects and relations with companies and institutions. Holding a degree in Educational Sciences, she has gained experience in the design and management of educational and social interventions. She deals with the development and management of vocational training projects, work inclusion and business services. She has experience in coordinating local networks and initiatives related to gender equality and the fight against violence. She has collaborated with AUSL Emilia-Romagna on research activities concerning female genital mutilation. She possesses expertise in the management of ISO 9001 quality systems and in training design. She is continuing her professional development in the field of strategic coaching at Il Sole 24 Ore.
